End User Licence Agreement

Lakepoint Sdn. Bhd. is referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “ours”. Any person using and accessing this Site, the Content or the Services is referred to as the “User”, “you” or “yours”.

Summary

We will collect, use or disclose personal data for reasonable business purposes only if there is consent or deemed consent from the individual and information on such purposes have been notified. We may also collect, use or disclose personal data if it is required or authorised under applicable laws.

Acceptance and Changes

By registering for, downloading, or using our services, you accept this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Restrictions

Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of our service. If you breach these restrictions, you maybe subject to prosecution and damages.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Lakepoint Sdn. Bhd. We may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from ours, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Severability

If any of the provisions of this Agreement or any part thereof shall be or held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable the entire Agreement.

No Warranties

The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

No Liability for Damages

In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties agree that any action arising from, or in connection with this Agreement shall be filed only before the Courts of Malaysia, to the exclusion of all other courts.
